Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge is situated approximately 164 kilometers from Nairobi, a two hours drive from Nairobi city. The lodge is located in Lake Nakuru National Park, Home of the Pink Flamingo and The Big Five. Located on a range of hills that form the western limits of Africa’s Great Rift Valley, the lodge offers spectacular views over the vastness of Africa.

The lodge also overlooks Lake Nakuru and its surrounding National Park, one that is a paradise for bird watchers and wildlife lovers alike. The lodge is situated within the Lake Nakuru National Park, on a range of hills that form the Western border.

Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge is accessible by an all-weather road 21 kilometers from the main park entrance and 7 kilometers from the Naishi airstrip. The flying time from Nairobi to the tarmac, Naishi airstrip is about 40 minutes.

The lodge capacity has a capacity of a maximum of 120 guest.

The 60 tastefully-decorated and spacious guest rooms feature generous en-suite bathrooms and private balconies inviting guests to fully appreciate the panoramic views of the lake and its surroundings.

The multi-rooftops of the main buildings include open-air verandahs, the ‘Lekwane’ restaurant, and the ‘Ol Donyio’ bar and lounge. An infinity swimming pool set facing the lake and the park is yet another highlight at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge.

Lake Nakuru National Park has incredible variety of wildlife including both White and Black rhinos, and also the rare Rothschild’s giraffes. A bird watcher’s paradise, and the seasonal home of millions of flamingoes.
